In brief: As a result of visiting the project “Remember 1914-1918. Art. War. Peace” at the German University of Paderborn and the terrorist attacks of August in Barcelona and Cambrils, Queralt Prats presents this edition of the project Orquestra Integrada together with Jordi Cortés, Santi Carcasona, Albert Gumí and Guillem Roma. “Emotions at War” is the theme that provides a springboard for the collective creative process of (mainly) dance and music that is carried out by professional and non-professional artists (some participants that have registered individually and some that have come through social, cultural and educational institutions) with or without functional diversity.

A creative, liquid, alive and multidisciplinary process, in which the different participants meet, get to know each other, create their bonds, share their thoughts and concepts in the different types of conflicts, differences, diversity, war and hope…and convert this into original and unique artistic compositions that allow them to experience the arts, dance and music from new perspectives, methodologies that they have never used before. This creative process becomes, after six months, in scores and choreographies to practice and rehearse in order to prepare the performance of the project, on June 8th in the Sala MAC, Mercat de les Flors, Barcelona.
