Since 2009, the Musica a l’abast project has been working both interdisciplinary and transversally in an attempt to break down barriers and remove labels. Artists and musicians have worked together on numerous occasions, investigating, creating and defining new forms of artistic expression. Gradually, through regular sessions, a new project has emerged, becoming more established and consolidated over time. Musicians Flor Inza, Oriol Cortadellas and Queralt Prats and dancers Neus Masó, Jordi Cortés i Álvaro de la Peña have all participated in its development. The main pillars of the project are access, participation, creativity and equal opportunities in art, dance and music, as well as the transversal exchange between art forms.
